How often should I check my quarantine messages? |

There is no hard and fast rule for checking your quarantine messages. You can check the quarantine messages whenever you want. Periodically, SpamTermino sends a report listing all quarantined messages. You can change the frequency that you receive these reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) via the user interface.
NOTE: Mails older than 30 days will be deleted automatically from the quarantine messages.

What happens to email if my mail server goes down or offline? |
| |
|
|
SpamTermino keeps the undelivered messages in its queue for 1 day. If your mail server goes down or is offline temporarily, you can still receive the emails within one day. In this case, SpamTermino also acts as a backup server for your emails. However, if your mail server continues to be down for more than a day, then you will lose the emails which were delivered on the previous day. |

Where my spam messages are located? |

The spam messages are located in the Quarantine Area of the SpamTermino server. You can access the Quarantine Area from the SpamTermino interface using the login details of your POP3 account. |

I've changed the IP address of my mail server... |
| |
|
|
If you have changed the IP address of your mail server, then you have to notify us so that the domain configuration is updated accordingly in the SpamTermino server. If you fail to notify the IP address modification, the emails will not be delivered to your mail server. |
